Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • The product must not show signs of tampering or damage
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at touch@pryxthelquidzai.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and inside with the product
  • Step 5: Ship the product to the address provided in your return authorization email

Please note that returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Delays and Order Fulfillment (United States)

If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase (or if no timeframe was stated, within 30 days), we will notify you and provide a revised shipping date. Unless you agree to the delay, you may cancel your order for a full refund. This policy is intended to align with the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and similar consumer protection expectations for U.S. customers.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected to ensure they meet our return policy requirements
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or handling beyond inspection
  • Products returned more than 14 days but within 30 days of delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at touch@pryxthelquidzai.world.

  • Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process

International Orders

Our primary shipping region is the United States. If we offer or accept orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or taxes on the original order (these are non-refundable)
  • Ensuring the product clears customs when returning

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund
  • Contact your bank, as some refunds take additional processing time
